"There’s no one there to meet you there’s no one there to help you. You have to do everything by key codes and passes to some people they might think that’s great. For me I couldn’t open my emails because I have a Canadian account and for some reason it wasn’t working. I found a lovely cleaning lady and she helped me. There’s no elevators so if you’re elderly, don’t go. I’m old-fashioned. I’d like to meet a person. I went out to my car to get something left my cell phone inside, which had...

"The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities."

"Price was reasonable but the rooms were outdated. Our original room was so poor with a stained and riped couch and leaking bathroom sink, we requested a different room. Also breakfast was only bananas, bagels, bread and cereal so if you have dietary restrictions, there isn't much to eat."

"The place was beautiful, the room was clean. The staff was so nice, they showed us to our room. The only issue is, they definitely need more instillation. You could hear someone blowing their nose from the next room (awkward). Everything else was fantastic."

"I booked a jacuzzi room but was not advised they were not pet friendly until I arrived. I was transferred to a ground floor room. The floors were very dirty and the door didn’t shut completely. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, no tissue and the blankets smelled musty. I was really disappointed."
