"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. "There is no staff to greet you, so if anything went wrong, I dunno what I would do. We did have a little problem punching in the code (we had to do it faster), which was irritating. Zurich is very pricey, and this place is very affordable. Its an efficiency, bare bones apartment (with no a/c), which suited us just fine. Beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet residential area another positive."
