"The staff were always willing to help. Concierge were on point. Rooms were well kept and beds were comfortable. Roof top was so much fun with the DJ and great drinks. Location was perfect. Exceeded my expectations."

"Nice, central and peaceful location. Flushing the toilet was initially a disaster, until they explained the button needs to be pressed repeatedly and quickly, like a pump. I little note next to it, explaining how to operate it, would solve a lot of trouble for guests. I've been to many hotels in the world and never encountered such a flushing system."

"The hotel location was very convenient to all the sites of the city. We walked to the majority of the sites and if we needed a taxi the staff was happy to help. They also recommended 2 great places for dinner. We stayed in a family suite and it was 2 good sized rooms with a connecting door. The layout was spacious and practical. The rooftop has an outstanding view and the pool was great for a mid day cooldown."

"La ubicación de hotel es lo mejor. La comida y el desayuno bien en general, la atención del personal correcta en la recepción y muy buena en el sector piscina. No puedo decir lo mismo de la atención del personal en el desayuno, que están contando los minutos para que sean las 10:30 y ahí da la impresión de que intentan batir un récord de lo rápido que retiran todo, y te hacen sentir muy incómodo con respuestas de mala gana si llegas a necesitar algo que te faltó a partir del minuto siguiente de las 10:30. Creo que el personal del desayuno se encarga de destrozar la percepción de buen servicio que con mucho esfuerzo realizan otras personas del hotel. Lo otro que no me gustó , es que luego de haber estado casi una semana hospedado, he pedido que me permitan un late check out de dos horas y me lo han cobrado por 22 dólares. Me parece poco delicado y completamente innecesario y mezquino."

"I recently stayed (6/10-6/15) The place is clean, modern, and well designed. The staff were exceptional, especially Dewei at the front desk, who offered great local tips and made me feel welcome. It has a fabulous rooftop blocks away from Sagrada Família. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!"
