"Room, staff and spa were excellent (Marianno is the best) if could change one thing, One negative thing is the location is far from town 20-30 minutes and although there is a free shuttle, the departure time is 11 am and return time is 3:30 pm, not sure why this couldn't be stretched say from 9 am to 7 pm. "You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible.

"Lovely stay at Hotel Deloix. Ideal for families. Tucked out of the way from the louder and busier parts of Benidorm. In the summer I would imagine it’s quite busy but we visited over Easter.
