"Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm.
Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay).
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up (my fault) when booking and instead of a room with a full kitchen I booked one with shared kitchen access. Sent a message and they quickly...

"Det här var det värsta jag har upplevt vad gäller "hotell"vistelse!
Jag skickade klagomål redan från början med fick ingen respons på det.
Madrasser som kallades säng bestod av en resårmadrass i dåligt skick som lpg direkt på golvet. Den var fläckig och trasig! Ovanpå den låg två udda skumgummimadrasser. Bäddsoffan i andra delen av rummet var placerad så att det var omöjligt att nyttja frys, skåp och lådor! I bäddsoffan fanns ingen bäddmadrass alls vilket gjorde att resårer skar in i ryggen....
