"Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"

"Such a colorful, lovely and authentic place. Its in Old San Juan and a fun, safe location. Lots of restaurants and little stores nearby. Our room was spacious. We had a large suite, clean, super cute, and everything was working (hot water, air conditioning, etc.) Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed for one night before a cruise and one night after. No elevator for those with walking issues, but was fine for us. Close to cruise port..a short taxi drive away. Will return!"

"Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed."

"This hotel deserves more stars! As soon as you walk in you can just feel the calmness the hotel has. It so beautiful inside. It’s super clean and the workers are all very friendly especially the lady that was in the storage room, she was the cutest! I solo traveled for the first time and I felt so comfortable staying here. I’d definitely book again!"

"We loved the rooftop patio. It was a great place to hang out at the end of the day. All the hotel meals we had were excellent. The location was in the heart of Old San Juan which made walking around really convenient."

"Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly."
