"Great stay. Only advice I would have is: (1) in order to park your vehicle, you first briefly park in the lot to the right just before you get to the front door of the hotel, go inside and get your room card and then use that card to access the underground parking garage that is located in an alley-type street that follows the front door to the hotel on the right; and (2) for those who are not used to the Caribbean style AC, you will need to use the white remote to turn on the AC units in the rooms. Fabulous hotel overall!"

"I love the building and its location. However, the front desk remains sub-par (I've stayed here several times). The only staff who are really service-oriented are the bellmen who are great - if you need anything work with them - reception, at the desk or on the phone are not as good as you would expect for a hotel of this profile. The hotel rooms can have problems - particularly the bathrooms, but these were addressed quickly. The restaurant food remains mixed, particularly for breakfast, wait staff are pleasant but not really on top of their game. The bar staff are good. This should be a 5 star hotel but it's not - service issues and room conditions make it 4 only."
