"I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Vallejo, California. We stayed there for the Winery Train ride in Napa Valley, which was nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the full breakfast each morning, along with the added amenities, was a nice touch. I will look for this hotel chain whenever I’m visiting out of town."

"A very nice hotel, clean comfortable roomy. Appreciated the step in shower. Parking could be better, had to compete with maintenance vehicles for spaces. Overall though a good experience. I would book there again."

"Clean and air conditioned room. High ceilings made it feel spacious. Great lighting and restrooms were clean and functioning well. Pillows and bedding were also comfortable and clean. Iron, ironing board, and blow dryer available in room. No breakfast but coffee and tea available in lobby in the mornings. Parking right in front of room doors. Only thing would be thin walls and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Next to a local Peet’s Coffee and shopping centers across the street....

"I enjoyed the location and the hotel itself very much. My issue was VERY loud neighbors both nights I stayed, particularly the first night. The rooms are lovely but if you have loud neighbors, you will hear everything. And I mean everything. I think this could be easily addressed by letting people know expectations of quiet after 10pm and before 6am and having a way to easily address if someone is being disruptive."

"Booked a king room and was “upgraded to a double queen.” The upgrade was the fact that it had a view. I wanted a king bed not a queen. The night auditor didn’t explain this to me until after I was checked in and went to my room. He then explained to me that they had no other kings available. If that was the case why was it available for me to book? Next, the A/C was very inefficient. It blows poorly and did not get cold at all. "This is a gorgeous property, and conveniently located for Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The lobby, and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the bed cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I used the pool, lobby, and bistro. All were A plus. I will stay again if I’m ever in town."
