"It was an ok stay due to the people above us! Every morning I had to call the front desk between 5:15 am and 6:30am and ask them to call them to ask them to please be quiet and quit jumping and bouncing off the floor. I also didn't like the fact that we had to pay $15 for parking a day when I called prior to our stay to ask if there were any other fees that had to be paid and I was only told about the $100 deposit! I think that it's crazy that we had to pay $15 for parking when we already had to pay over $700 bucks for the hotel stay. This is Flat out ridiculous and on top of that we park in the Handicap which is supposed to be free!"

"Great clean organized rooms and attractive amenities like electric shades. One vital problem needs to be fixed in all rooms. When people sleep all the lights snd outlets go dead. If people use cpap this means the machine will be turned off—and a person can get hypoxia and die. Major praise for Sahil engineer and front desk. They fixed it by running an extension cord from fridge (only live wire at present in all rooms.) You need to prevent a death by by putting plugs for cpap by beds in ALL rooms! Thank you."

"Paid $250 per night for four people and two nights, and I got: A room with two beds and a bathroom Two bath towles for all four and two days. Didn't changegd or cleaned the room. Parking need to pay $45 per night Water pressure was very low, takes a lit of time to take a shower Breakfest not included at that price. At almost 300$ per night I'm sure that you can find something way better than Double Tree!"

"Location was ideal for going to a concert at the chase center, and is located right across from the stadium, so if you're looking for a place to stay before/after a Giant's game, this is an incredible spot. Felt very safe, and there were lots of parking garages around. Room was standard, breakfast was decently fresh American fare, and was easy to walk from here too. Soundproofing could use work since we could hear folks walking by the room and chatting, along with doors closing, but couldn't hear above or below us, so wouldnt rate it lower because of that. Overall, a great stay for a good price in a safe part of the city. "
