Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. "Clean comfortable amazing place! Isaac and JP are great servers. However, the pool drink service was a little slower this year and could use a little improvement with some of the other staff. Otherwise very happy with this place."

"Very nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Bring a translator app if you do not speak Spanish. Currently they do not exchange US$ for pesos, pay with card for best exchange rate. They will set rate at 14pesos/$ when paying cash with us$. 3 great pools. We had 3 nights in upgraded restaurants with our package. Tips are appreciated. Buffet was just that- decent offer of like food. Hamburger/pizza/salad at lower pool cafe when open. Entertainment shows are at the azul property next door (10 min walk). 20 pesos shuttle to ixtapa (ends 7pm). Taxi available $. Ferry boat to ixtapa island in walking distance, as well as crocodile/bird sanctuary and Mexican markets (northwest). We’d stay again if they offer a similar package. "

"Staff was exceptional right from our check in with Luis to our numerous attentive wait staff and cleaners. I would especially compliment Paulo for the amazing massage. Many folks may be hesitant about the number of steps but I assure you the views make it all worth while. Large rooms with beautiful decks and a pool & happy hour bar you will not get anywhere else! Loved it all."
