"The lady who checked us in was having a bad day! Elevator didn’t work. One emergency exit didn’t work as far as coming back in. Too many things falling apart in the building. Horrible customer service. Trash still in our room. We booked a room for $58 and she said there was $12 early check-in fee. ..."
