Property was very neglected poorly maintained. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom roaches and the sink was dirty. A lot of cosmetic issues as far as drywall damage and no paint on patched spots of the walls. Thermostat also didn’t work and the window lock was broke raising potential risk. The stair rails were not secure either. Overall this hotel is a liability that should be shut down until properly renovated.

El hotel no tiene un protocolo de seguridad. Un afroamericano abrió la puerta de mi habitación. Lo confronte, su intención era robar. La persona que está en la recepción no hizo nada. Muy mal. El hotel no apoya en estos asuntos. Me dice la persona de recepción que ya ha pasado varias veces. El hotel puso en peligro la integridad física mía y de mi familia y no le importa. También de mis bienes ya que la intensión de este sujeto es robar. Mala experiencia. Mala estancia. Muy mala recomendación de esta cadena de hotel.

Our experience was extremely unsettling. The night began with a random man banging on our door at approximately 1:00 a.m., only to return again around 3:00 a.m. It was genuinely frightening, especially with no visible security or staff response. Later, we witnessed two women physically fighting a man in what appeared to be a prostitution-related dispute. Throughout the night, random individuals wandered the hallways, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. To make matters worse, the room was not clean, and the bed sheets had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained, and we never observed management patrolling the premises or taking any visible steps to address safety concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We did not feel safe, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and we would not recommend staying here.

Pool was under construction. One side of the room the outlets didn't work and it was both room. Informed the front desk first day and it never got fixed. The carpets had stains and wet spots. The did fix the drainage in one of the rooms for the sink.

Room was ok . TV channels were very few nothing interesting. Staff was also ok . Breakfast was not so great not much variety. We expected scrambled eggs sausage etc. The outside of property was dirty needs a good landscaper. And we rented there for the location and pool but sadly the pool was under construction. Which would have been really nice to know before hand. Overall ok but will make sure next time of the Breakfast and pool before we rent false advertisement.
