"Comfortable bed and pillows. Towels were good, too. Just, FYI, we had a room on the side of the hotel that was right beside a busy street. Lots of traffic noise. So, be sure to request a room opposite that street. Getting to the hotel was a little complicated. Your phone might turn you into the mall parking lot."

"Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine."

"The hotel is spotless. Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by a pleasant, fresh fragrance. The check-in process was smooth. The room is spacious and well-equipped with brand-new amenities—it appears to have been recently renovated. The color scheme is fresh and elegant, and most importantly, the room is immaculate. The bed looks very comfortable."

"My key opened the door to the wrong room. Trash bags left outside my room after cleaning crew was done for the day. Swimming pool had no clean towels nor were the dirty towels collected. I was told I needed to call and request a refrigerator for my room. That is not the case, they all have refrigerators and microwaves. This was communicated with the property and I was given an apology. Perhaps a discount for our next stay to ensure we will return. Sage has always been our place to stay when we...
