"Had a very late check-in as we arrived from the east coast on a late flight, we were welcomed with a smile, accommodated at once and given recommendations on things to do. "The property was lovely. Our room had a few issues: an extremely loud, ticking air conditioner that for some of my guests couldn't sleep for others it was fine. The coffee maker did not come with a filter and when we requested assistance, it never resulted in fixing the issue. Parking was challenging we had not realized there would be a concert throughout the weekend. Otherwise, pool area was wonderful and the grounds themselves a treat. Would suggest when walking to the statue go with another...

"If you're going to San Francisco to see all the things, this is a perfect location! Walkable to the Wharf, Pier 39/33, Chinatown, etc. and easy access to transit. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected, clean and decently apportioned. The rooftop patio is AMAZING! Spectacular views! Really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine while looking over the bay. "
