Tenemos dos tipos de areas, unos camastros disponibles para todos nuestros huéspedes sin ningún coste adicional y también ofrecemos unas palapas especiales con camas que tienen un coste adicional. Thanks for your feedback and detailed explanation. We just would like to clarify some of your statements for future visits . Your booking came from hotels.com and there is a complete description of the room amenities and no tv is in the room as described . We offer different types of rooms that includes tv, kitchen, utensils etc... your category wasn’t one of them. We do have hand soap container located by the bathroom sink and also a body and shampoo container by the shower wall. Our staff is always friendly and always recommend things to do in town and promote other local businesses if this time they didn’t recommend it we will make sure to advise them and avoid this to happen again in the future. As per the early closure of businesses unfortunately we can’t respond to that since we cannot control the town hours. We are open 365 days a year and 24/7. As you mentioned the staff did give you complimentary coffee in the morning to use with the coffee maker located in your room. The pool is under meticulous maintenance and daily cleaning schedule and we are surprised to hear your feedback. We take your feedback as constructive and willing to look in any area for improvement but we also want to make sure that our future guest aren’t misled by inaccurate statements. Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify our historical town tours are with trained guides and we offer multiple options from Atvs to private truck ride. Our rate s cant be compare to a free walk. The town it’s located in the middle of nature and any natural creature its part of their habitat.
