"The best part about this property is the atrium and pool area. We only stayed for one night and my kids were in the pool three different times. Unfortunately, the water slide, which my children were looking forward to, was closed for renovations during our stay. The hotel was also under a lot of renovations including the rental rooms and painting of the railings. The room was updated and clean, but the pillows were not comfortable and I do wish they provided extra/different pillows to choose from. We ate at the restaurant on site which was just okay. After dinner my kids wanted to go to the arcade which was expensive and pretty small, and also very hot. We paid $15 plus tax for 60 credits, but each game took 8 to 10 credits which is very expensive. Overall, we would come back for the pool itself as it not something you'll find at the average hotel. They also had lifeguards on duty which was amazing."

"Rooms were very clean. I’m afraid that when we arrived there was 5 men free basing drugs outside the front door. It frightened us. The staff tried to take care of the situation by asking them to leave. Parking was fine it was underground but behind an automatic heavy gate. We couldn’t understand the staffs English. Breakfast we didn’t stay for. The area it’s located in is a frightening area."

"We picked this location as it was super close to the hospital as a family member had major surgery and was writhing walking distance . This hotel offers a discounted rate for hospital stays which was greatly appreciated. The staff were super nice and very accommodating ! The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet . Also the fact that there was breakfast included was one less thing to worry about . Would highly recommend!"

"I was in London for one night, and stayed at the Super7 Motel. Super easy to register with a very friendly young man. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them quickly. He was welcoming, shared a sense of humour with me and very efficient. The only thing about the room that didn't meet my standards was the bathroom. It was small and tight. Very clean yet you can see signs of aging. The Tub was tiny no way an adult would bathe in it. Even a child would have trouble. Less than 4 feet of room in the bathroom. Clean but tiny. The bed was firm but I could feel the coil springs at times too. In the morning at check out a young lady served me and again kind and efficient service. They really seemed to care!"
