"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel failed to disclose that it was under construction when I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I was not given the king suite I reserved. Instead, I was placed in an ADA room where the toilet was dirty, clogged, and the furniture was covered in stains. The room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. "I showed up at the property with a reservation. The booking system was down, so they called the IT department who said it would be up in 30 minutes. I gave them 45 minutes and it was still down. Meanwhile, they did not even offer me a chair to sit on. I offered to give them cash to get a room and they refused it. Perhaps they needed the IT system to be up in order to generate a key code code. They did say there were a couple other hotels withing walking distance - I did not have a car....

"They had given away our room then lied about it. Double charged our card as a deposit. (Seriously. They said the deposit was 150 and they actually held 1100. We did get it back. It was a big surprise to not have that money on our trip.) Nice big breakfast but it was $20 a person 14+ and $11 for 5+. (Each day) It was like a giant abandoned ghost hotel. Fun and CRAZY to explore backrooms. Very run down."
