"The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it. The lobby is torn up due to the renovations. The outside of the building was a mess due to the renovations. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car because of the outside work. "Booked thru Expedia earlier in the day. Upon arrival at 4pm found the place locked up and no humans anywhere. Phone number on door was called without an answer. Phone number on website called without an answer or call back. Emailed never got a response. A cleaning company did arrive shortly after 4pm and a team of cleaners entered the establishment. Ended up having to book a nearby hotel (also thru Expedia) instead. Tried to reach Expedia for assistance which was pointless as not certain any...
