"I had a fantastic experience with Public. Air Canada went on strike and only a few us arrived. We booked a suite and they accommodated us to a smaller room and refunded us for the bigger one. Unfortunately the first night, there were a couple fighting the room right next to us. And we told the hotel, they upgraded us to a nicer room the next day and also compensated us for the night before. And I had to stay one extra night and they just let me stay in the same room for a basic room price....

"We usually stay a little closer to 42nd st. Location was a bit removed from the safety of other parts of midtown but the hotel was wonderful"

"I was very pleased with hotel. . Hot breakfast was great although individual pieces of fruit would've been better than a big bowl of mixed fruit and some yogurt or healthy options. Parking was plentiful and room spacious and super quiet. Staff very friendly at reception. Would definitely stay again. Many gas stations nearby and 5 minutes away are several restaurants movie theater and American Dream Mall which is 3 levels with multiple entertainment venues abd food options is 4 minutes away!"

"Very beautiful and quiet going to Metlife stadium was convenient just pay a small fee going and coming for a shuttle if they a spa it would of been amazing "
