"Rooms were clean "

"The one reason that I booked it was the outdoor hot tub. It was working and then it wasn't. When maintenance came he said it would be an hour before it warmed up. After an hour it was still lukewarm and I was tired of sitting in my robe waiting. Our room was on the first floor and very noisy. For the amount that I paid it was not a good experience."

"3 Peaks is an OK place to crash. My most recent stay was disappointing. The bathroom in my room did not have a usable light fixture. The room was also not stocked with standard toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion). Location is great. Previous stays were better. The property could definitely use some TLC, especially considering they charge a 'Property Fee'. This property fee certainly does not get reinvested in maintaining the building. Happy to adjust this review if the property makes amends for the lack of bathroom lighting during my stay."

"The pool heater was broken and this was the one thing my kids were looking forward to. Room was good though. "

"The walls are paper-thin. The beds are sold as memory foam mattress, they are not. I sleep on memory foam. It gives just a bit when pressed. These beds are the cheapest hardest mattress from whatever local discount mattress shop. There was an extremely limited breakfast available. One night our neighbor had a full mental break down and ems had to sit outside our room for hours. Also we arrived after 10 pm. We were left to wait in the cold for a staff member. They provide a phone to call said staff member but it does not work. I hope you have cell service or your not getting in. Believe the other reviews. For the money you can absolutely do better elsewhere. "
