"It could more clean under the table. It was itch by biting carpet bug. Most staff was kind and nice. They need more professional on check in and out. I got double charged in my one night stay."

"The air conditioner in our room was so loud we were not able to sleep. At 10:30 at night I went and talked to the desk. They would not allow us to change to a different room. The option was to either have a service guy check it or turn it off. It was over 100 degrees out. Not a comfortable sleep."

"The carpet needs to be cleaned. The bathroom caulking around the toilet should be cleaned better. Found a long hair on the toilet lid. The handicap handle in the bathroom is loose on the wall. Someday it will come loose with someone that needs it badly and it could come out of the wall and injure someone. Your in and out doors are a joke. WE were in room 118 at the very end of the hallway. My wife is handicapped. The door at the end of the hall had to have a rock propped in it to hold it open....

"Room okay, lots of road noise including high speed chase, cars revving, families talking loudly outside window. Someone tried to come in my door at 8AM waking me up."

"Check in was easy initially but we couldn't get in our room as it was occupied by someone else. The alternative room we were giving was not ready - was still messy, still had someone's food in the microwave, bedding wasn't completely changed, pillows were all over the place, towels and soap were missing. Manager was not reachable. However, reception understood our frustration and agreed to cancel booking."
