"It was dirty and misrepresented. It was a guest house, the owner was outside in the morning so we couldn’t even suntan like we wanted. No amenities, the house was so cluttered we had to put everything in a closet to be able to have somewhere to put our suitcases. There was cheese on a cheese grater in the utensil drawer and the handheld blender was dirty and had been used. It was the most dissappointing stay my family and I have experienced. "This stay was a letdown compared to our other rental experiences. Communication with the host during check-in was difficult and unprofessional. The door lock was broken, requiring a lockbox workaround, that really isn't that big of a deal, until we learned it has been this way for months. The home was not clean. While the house had been picked up, and wiped down, it is obvious the house needs a deep professional cleaning, because whoever is doing it, isn't doing it well. The list of items is...
