"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had an incredible selection of delicious options. Some of the items were cold by the time I came down but I came late. The airport shuttle was a nice feature but not easy to get from the airport. The link I was given in my email didn’t work. I tried calling for clarification but no one answered and it was just a set message but at least the phone message told me what stop to go to because the information I’d been given sent me to the wrong stop....

"Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Stockwerk war eine sehr willkommene Annehmlichkeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bromma Blocks waren toll. Nur die unscheinbare Notiz dass man sich selbst melden darf wenn das Zimmer gemacht werden soll ist etwas untergegangen."

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig, direkt einen Supermarkt vor der Türe, 3 Min. von der U-Bahn Station entfernt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, etwas mehr frisches Obst wäre wünschenswert. Die Zimmer sind funktional und für einen Städtetrip in Ordnung. Leider sind die Fugen im Bad zwischen den Fliesen verschimmelt, dies sollte so schnell wie möglich gefixt werden. Sonst eine klare Empfehlung."

"I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. The manager Rachel was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we checked in on Sunday, we were not informed that breakfast ended at 9:30am . This information was critical and should have been clearly communicated at check-in. The hotel claims there are signs explaining the breakfast hours. As guests, we should not be expected to search the entire property for contradictory information. When we arrived at 10:00 a.m. on...
