I told the front desk when we first checked in but they were fully booked and couldn’t change our room. Maid service never came to the clean the room until I went to complain to the front desk. "The parking facility is very narrow and challenging and for that inconvenience you pay $40 for 8-24 hours. There is no 24 hours pass where you can get in and out without paying for every moment of parking at the facility. They need to improve that part"

"I was given a room directly across from 3 elevators & I COULDN’t sleep due to all the noise of the elevators. The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them"
