"The room was terrible. It smelled so musty and like mild/mold. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. Asked for my money back, was told I can't do that. Luckily a friend stayed there too, her room was rough, but didn't have the same smell so he slept in there. I opened our door and let it open for about 2 hours and still couldn't get the smell out. "Everyone on the staff was super nice and accommodating. The hotel is lovely and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and it was located really well for exploring Lancaster and Columbia. The two areas we were visiting. Highly recommend it."
