Pool was closed, one of two elevators down and only one ice machine, because of renovations! Staff was apologetic, but letting your guests know your hotel is going through renovations before hand would really be nice!"

We had to open a case with hotels.com to initiate a refund. Hotel even tried to lie and claimed we did not show up for our reservation. Will never stay there again."

"Very disappointed in property. bed very uncomfortable, no pool or hot tub, no continental breakfast. amenities were advertised but not offered. many rooms had no hot water. the room discount of $20 off wasn't enough. lots of family stayed there, 5 rooms total for a wedding. not having a pool was a huge issue, especially with other issues as well ."
