"The room and the staff were excellent. We especially appreciated the staff responsible for storing and retrieving luggage, because there was a group ahead of us that had MOUNTAINS of it. And yet the staff smiled and worked like mad. The lobby needs to be redesigned. It is miniscule, and with a large group, there is no room to maneuver. Take the cookie if it’s offered! Delicious."

"The location was great. The subway was a block away and there was a grocery store on the corner. Washington Square Park was half a block away. Clean and safe neighborhood. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing!"

"The air con makes some noise if that bothers you , and the beds are just good not super . But the staff are really nice. The doormen are really nice and helpful . It’s a nice suite we had a delux king suite . For the money it’s a bit expensive because it’s old and they should buy mattress pads for the beds to make them more comfy . The pillows are great . The sheets are soft . It’s a great location for restaurants etc .ive stayed there twice . I’d probably go back because when i needed to...

"The room was absolutely filthy. Our bathtub still had hair in it from the previous guest. Beds were comfortable and the location was amazing!"

"Nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The main thing for me was they apparently charged a nights stay on my card several days before our trip with absolutely no notification ahead of time."

"So I did almost no research before booking this spot. Just saw a decent price in a cool area in little Italy. It was such a great location. Everything was either 15 minute walk or subway ride to all the major attractions in NYC. The staff were so friendly and hopeful. They even let us check in early after catching a red eye from California. They helped us book a taxi to the airport for much less than an uber. They were exceptional. I would stay here 100 more times."
