"Room was clean and comfortable! Staff was super nice. Walls were paper thin, but I was able to turn the fan on all night to drown out the noise from down the hall and outside so it wasn't an issue. Location was amazing! I would absolutely stay again!"
"I cannot stress enough how great the location of this hotel is. If you are looking to be near loads of iconic New York spots, this is the place to stay.
My son and I were on the 21st floor and the view was amazing! Other than the typical sirens, the room was quiet. The hotel elevator requires a room key to get to any floor, which made us feel even safer. We had a queen room and yes, it was small, but it had everything we needed.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the bar (& restaurant) were chill & upscale. A larger beer selection would be nice, but the atmosphere was worth drinking a beer I didn't love. I will def recommend the Motto to friends and family."

"Great location — very convenient, close to everything, and walkable. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The elevators had long wait times and were often inaccurate. The service, especially at the gift shop, was a terrible experience. The only exception was the gentleman at Starbucks, who was genuinely kind and attentive.
Cleanliness was also below expectations, dust was visible throughout the room. For the price and reputation, I would think twice before booking again."
