"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

Unfriendly staff, especially the two girls on the desk during check-in on Friday 24th April 2026. Booked through Expedia and this property was rated as a VIP stay. Nothing VIP offered, not even a water. Noisy AC unit and 24/7 external light in the room from a blind that sits just above the AC and in no ways blocks light. Average area too. Adjacent to freeway. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a 24hr IHOP connected was convenient. One of the elevators was often down but it wasn't very far of a walk to get to the other, working elevator. One of the drawers kept getting stuck but other than that, the room was great. The balcony was nice. We were able to catch a beautiful sunrise one of the mornings. Overall, I would say it was worth the price. I would stay there again."

"Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done."

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. She was checking me in for more than 10 minutes while speaking on phope (on speaker) with her girlfriend talking where they will go and what shoes they will wear, etc. I was standing there waiting and I felt very unwelcome. I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."
