As previous reviews had stated, there is some upgrading happening but it didn’t bother me at all. The bed was cozy and the shower was hot. They have a microwave and fridge. I found some great local food on Uber Eats and I was golden for my 1 night in Nola. And if you’re solo, I felt safe.

Loved my room size and layout! Hotel had a very slight mildew smell. I feel the staff was just trying their best to do their job. There were a lot of amenities and areas I noticed the company could have did a better job on cleanliness and maintenance. Pillows and mattresses needed to be cleaned way better. Walls were very thin I heard my neighbors coughing and sneezing and I’m pretty sure the hear my TV.

This place shouldn’t be open. Paint buckets in hallways out in the open. It was a disaster. I’ve never seen any hotel this disgusting. Had I known I would have not booked it. On the flip side the front desk clerk was so very helpful and fast. I appreciated him. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn, and unfortunately it will also be my last. Nearly every room smelled strongly of cigarettes or some other unpleasant odor to the point that I had to switch rooms immediately after checking in. I specifically booked this hotel because I needed reliable airport shuttle service every day during my 4-day stay. Sadly, most of the staff acted as though using the shuttle was an inconvenience or annoyance. The only employee who was consistently kind and professional was the older gentleman working there: he was the one bright spot of the experience. Overall, the condition of the rooms and the attitude surrounding a basic advertised service made this a very disappointing stay.

Great staff! There was a mishap with my reservation at another hotel and it was a weekend of spring break, soccer tournaments and other events in the New Orleans area. It was practically impossible to get a hotel that night. I called this place and the receptionist was lovely and not only did they find me a room, they went the extra mile by offering to hold the room for me while I purchased the reservation on Expedia. That level of customer service is appreciated.

The room they gave us initially had a really bad wet carpet smell, they were quick to change it and the second room was a bit better. But do not expect too much its a budget stay and worked for me as i was there only for a nights sleep

Airport shuttle service was good. Driver was very friendly. Staff was very nice and helpful. Staff is the only reason I gave this 3 stars. Room gets barely 1. BUT the room smelled musty and was not well cared for. Carpet was dirty. Doors looked damaged. Breakfast was disappointing. Powdered eggs and cheap muffins. Would not recommend for a family. Much better options at a slightly higher price available closer to airport.

The facility was adequate. Needs updating for current technology. The TV was only connected to cable and had no capabilities for streaming. The phone had to be disconnected because of a message beep that could not be turned off. The phone was useless to contact the front desk or anything else. Physical accomodations were very clean and good.
