"First impression: where am I going to park? The parking lot was being sealed. I parked next door near the stores, but the staff told me it wasn't safe. I was told to park on the newly sealed adjacent lot, then I had to dodge wet seal areas to get to the door. The room was generally clean except for the long hair found on the shower walls (I have short hair). "Place isn’t as it show on site! It is very expensive for place like this! Beds are so uncomfortable, door knob to scan card was broken and front door doesn’t work properly! Breakfast was so bad no varieties to eat from. I would say I waste my money I usually do Hilton but never booked hotel saying it’s by Hilton. So disappointing"

"Only after checking in did they let us know that they would be doing fire alarm testing the next day starting at 9am. For some of us still on PST that was 6am. It interrupted our sleep in. They should have let us know about the testing prior to the booking, or as soon as they knew and given us the option to cancel our stay."

I had to leave my phone beside the tv to charge. I dot know about other rooms but that’s the only thing lacking in the room I was in. Besides that , every other thing was great."

"Spotless !! Clean !!! And quite comfortable. This was my first time staying at a best western and I was more than impressed. The beds were very comfy as were the pillows and sheets. The staff !!!
