"Overall I think the place is nice. It is on a nice tree-lined street which makes the experience of the place appealing.
La Rambla is very chaotic.
There are some areas of this hotel that need MAJOR work.
First on the list:
The hotel boasts a Spa with a Sauna.
I LIVE for Sauna.
I barely got to use the Sauna because the spa does not open until 10 am and closes at 8:30 pm.
I don't travel to a place to spend the day in the room. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THE SAUNA IS NOT AVAILABLE 24/7.

"Complete false advertising. We paid extra for a superior room expecting a king bed and a rooftop terrace as shown in the photos. Instead, we were given a queen bed (staff admitted they don't even have king beds on site) and a dark, dingy ground-floor patio. Front desk staff were polite, but gave us the runaround for two days claiming they couldn't fix it or move us. We felt completely scammed for the money we spent and would never have booked this place had we known the truth."

Also the water was off from 12 noon to 6pm on out last full day at the hotel , the staff were unhelpful with any updates on the situation .
