"We purchased our room 30 days prior to our trip. Big surprise arriving when the manager said ,We don’t have a room ,and he has different hotel for Us. Means that He sold Our room for better price. After 10 hours flight and exhausted ,started walking with suitcases to a very poor quality hotel.Please avoid booking any room here."

"The hotel is right next to Cathedral Catalonia (1 min step outside, right in the center of the gothic center ), and about 10 minute walk from Metro station. Very convenient. Taxi cannot arrive at the exact location due to the drive restriction at the gothic center, but it is only 1-2 min walk to the door of the hotel. Hotel is beautiful and feels boutique. "If I could give a score of 100/10 I would. From the moment we arrived by taxi, we were welcomed. The front desk check in staff were so welcoming and nice. Not just to us, but to our friends who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff were amazing and so accommodating. The room was very clean and perfect for our needs! Loved our stay and would stay there again!"

"Staff are superb, we felt right at home every time we walked through the doors. The rooms are kept at a high standard but be prepared for what you pay for. Rooms are definitely smaller than what you’re used to, but you can always upgrade. Also, expect an extra tourism fee per night. "

"This was the best stay I believe I have ever had. Once we brought our luggage through the door we didn’t touch it until we were in our room. At the end of our stay we left it in room and next time we saw it was in our cruise cabin. The staff were helpful on getting cabs, information, to the port. All did a fantastic service. "

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted...

"Staff were helpful and attentive. Great location. Clean. Traveled as a couple and a lot of European hotels have twin beds they push together. Makes it easier to reconfigure for travelers with children. Our room was similar."

"Breakfast was good. Large selection of cold and hot (eggs etc) available to order. Coffee machine settings need adjusted. Overflows every time. Also, not hot enough. Room was perfect, dancing the street. Not sure what an internal room would feel/look like though. Staff were exceptionally good. Aurora on reception was superb. Roof top is perfect for chilling after breakfast or pre dinner."

"Rooftop pool and location of hotel is a massive plus point of this hotel. I’ve stayed here on 3 occasions. My only criticism is for the price of breakfast we would have liked waiter service for tea and coffee orders not a self service machine."
