"Sehr weiträumiger Spa Bereich. Wird auch extern genutzt und ist daher gut ausgelastet, das Hotel war zu unserer Zeit auch voll ausgebucht. Frühstück ist sehr gut, grosse Auswahl mit vielen Bio-Produkten, Service ist etwas eingeschränkt (z.B. Eierspeisen nach Wahl mit entsprechender Wartezeit), die Essensauswahl im Restaurant beim Abendessen ist sehr überschaubar und das Menü bei Halbpension jeden Tag mit der gleichen, kleinen Auswahl (in der Umgebung gibt es mehr Abwechslung)."

"The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are clean and adequate. Staff could be more helpful in helping with transportation. We told them what our plans were. No one mentioned the tram is literally 1 block away."

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."
