Bathroom was down a short hallway from bedroom, made for a short walk in middle of night to relieve oneself. Area was quiet and we slept well. Didn't partake of other amenities they offered. Grounds and pool looked very nice. Appreciated the security fence and gate as hotel is in rough neighborhood. Staff was very courteous and friendly, assisted with our requests."

"I booked on Expedia but there must have been a glitch in the system.The booking reflected one instead of two occupants. That meant that only my husband could have breakfast. Even through the room was expensive the staff didn’t try to resolve the issue so I could have breakfast. When we went to grab a Bolt downtown for 200 Zar, the front door staff tried discouraging us saying it could be dangerous and wanted to hook us up with a taxi for 600 Zar. "Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "
