He could have used some help, but I blame that on management because they would have known how busy they would be based on the events scheduled in the hotel."

"everything was great! good location by the river and restaurants around. very good buffet breakfast. our only caveat was i had booked a handicap room because it had a bathtub, we had traveled all day and i wanted to soak. However, there was a trick to get enough hot water, since they did not want to scald a handicap person,... i never did figure it out. hotel offered to send someone, but we were leaving next day."
