"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Very clean, and exceptionally comfy beds and pillows. Staff was above noard friendly and helpful."

"The 2 rooms were great. Very clean and spacious. The shower pressure was excellent. Three minor details. The sink hot water got very hot very quickly (scolding). The shower fills up a bit and leaks a little. Lastly, the handicapped parking where we were told to unload has a dark spot near the stone parking marker where I tripped twice (needs some ground lighting). Aside from those minor issues the room was a great value for the money. This was our second time staying there and we would go back...
