Hotel was excellent, clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, best I have had for many years, served fresh to the table. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Excellent location for visiting Ely Cathedral & City. Nice bar and garden.

Our room looked out to the cathedral. It was spacious, a great bathroom with shower, and a copper bath in the bedroom. Staff here are outstanding, and Ely itself is compact, picturesque and very interesting indeed. Fabulous location to explore everywhere on foot, no vehicle required !

The hotel is situated in a charming central location in Ely. My suite was furnished to a high standard, the outstanding feature, of course, being the free-standing copper bath in the bedroom! Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. My only slight niggle is that I expected better than the standard tube of instant coffee in the room, other provisons, such as the toiletries, being of a high quality, l and was glad I took my own sachets of ground coffee!

We stayed room only. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Lovely quality bathroom products too. We ate in the resturant and it was very tasty with lively staff in every interaction. Great cocktail menu too. Would recmmend in all aspects.

A very central hotel ideally positioned to see the sights and opposite the cathedral with nicely appointed rooms, even a bath in the room. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer. Restaurant was also fun with a good range of dishes in a reasonably quiet ambiance. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a great place for a visit to Ely Cathedral. Our suite and the public rooms were in good condition. However the food was average. The bar whilst big was not very comfortable. Our suite was enormous but there was no comfortable chair.
