However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. "The rooms are really spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is situated at a great location in the city if you need easy access to local transport and walk to the central or around sites. It's a bit noisy during the day but quiets down by night. Plenty of restaurants around, local and otherwise."

"Nice apartment in a central location in a secure building. It's in an area with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "

"Good located hotel, 5 minute walk from central station (or get bus 175 from airport stops at same place) free breakfast included. Good size room and quiet from road noise outside. Bed comfy, decent sized bathroom. All staff encountered were very helpful when needed. Little supermarket next to hotel too. Easy access to get trams, buses or trains to wherever needed."

"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor . Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating.
