"Everything about the room and our stay was perfect- comfy bed and lounge, a/c was quiet and effective, as was the tv, MW and fridge. Plenty of room to spread out. This was our 4th stay and we’ll be back again."

"Remote check ins just don’t work and without a reception it took more than 30 minutes to locate someone to fix our broken key for our unit access. Told that parking wasn’t available (although included in price) and had to park in open lot near the beach about 100m away, while a resort tradie has his truck parked undercover beside our unit. Only onsite dining was closed on a Tuesday and had to drive to find dining options. Not what you expect for a ‘Resort’ in the middle of the holiday period!!"

"This was a great option for the CBD. It was walkable to eateries and some shops. It is on a major highway/street in and out of town so use the crosswalks and perhaps carry a torch at night. The front desk staff was very nice and the parking areas were sufficient."

"It was a bit noisy as r had a downstairs room and the guy above was up at 4am getting ready for work. The room next door was up at 5am. Not much soundproofing. Maybe an upstairs room would be better"

"Staff were hard to find on arrival even with a bell. One staff member sat at a table pretending not to be staff, I know this as I heard her telling the receptionist how she thought it funny!! German Roaches around electric jug. The room is in poor condition however other than the roaches and needing repairs it was clean. Shame because location is excellent. Room 20 23rd of Feb 2026"

"Overall great resort area, gardens, pools, golf tennis. Our unit was nice though very limited food preparation area and a little bit tired. Two flights of stairs and, at times no close by parking."

"I had to go to this property late in the evening as the other hotel I booked was a 1 out of 10 The managers got up and opened up for me with great consideration. I am truly thankful for their kindness towards me as I was in a terrible state. The bonus was the room was very clean open and I had a very pleasant stay "
