"Excellent location, right near the United Nations and Grand Central. Beautiful lobby, great food and drinks at the bar. The bartender was so nice! She offered great recommendations and was geniunely friendly. So was the front desk staff. Super helpful all around. I had a King room and it was very roomy. Lots of natural light. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed. Very clean. I would absolutely stay again!"

"Both elevators did not work. Needed to climb 12 floors on foot. While checking out staff asked "how was your stay".
I mentioned the elevators not working made for a poor experience. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that".
Not sure what the point of asking is if there's no intention to rectify the situation."

Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"The location of this hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. That being said, the first room we stayed in was pretty good except there was a sliding door for the bathroom - be careful not to slam your hand ten times - it’s heavy. No bathroom fan. Both the beds squeaked. The website says “great beds” - not true in this room.
We were on the avenue side and that is VERY LOUD.
The fitness room at 7:30 am was a mess! The cup holder on the treadmill had hair and junk in it. It hadn’t been...
