"Clean room"

"There were lots of reviews regarding the smell, there is a smell but I don't blame this on the hotel because the outside has a similar smell. The room was clean and quite comfortable. We had no issues while staying here. The breakfast was a bit mediocre with not too many options however provide basic choices ie cereal, waffle, biscuit and gravy, muffins and breads. Overall we were pretty satisfied staying here."

"We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets."

"The front doors didn't work. Holes all over in the rooms. No lock on the door. No lighting in parking lot. Refrigerator was moldy. Couldn't stay here!"

"I arrived a little after midnight due to a late flight getting in… small short snaffu with getting someone to check me in… (maybe 5 minutes wait) but done quickly overall… never had a reason to interact with the staff till I checked out a day early. The amenities of a stove and microwave were nice but I did not know I would need to provide cooking equipment and plates… No ice machine to be had on the property… Pet friendly.. but “clean up stations” might be a nice touch near the elevator so...

"It's quiet. The rooms are clean if you have issues Maintenance is pretty quick to get around and take care of it. The staff is friendly loads of parking."

"Rooms were nice. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good for being included (free). Ice machine only works on 2nd and 4th floors when we stayed there but that was a minor issue. Free parking. Overall it was actually a good stay in a great location."

"These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well."

"TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again."

"If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. All i got to say is my lawyer wants me to sue, even though he knows i don't like doing that. They return my money and i will not. So the balls in there court... Sincerely, Charles B. Dull"

"First of all, the floor was laminate wood and it was obvious that it had not been swept or mopped prior to our arrival, the bathtub was stained with something, there was no toilet paper or holder in the bathroom, the door to the bathroom would not shut all the way, there was a dirty ironing board against the wall, but no iron, the amenity of a business desk was listed on the website, but there was no chair to sit in, the attendant at the front desk attempted to remedy this with a chair from the...

"When we checked in the receptionist was very nice and helpful. She moved us to a handicap room, my wife uses a walker and needs a shower chair. Room was roomy and very clean. Bed was very comfortable."
