"Pretty good overall, had very few issues. We did have trouble with the TV working properly. The remote batteries might have been dead. The pancake maker for breakfast was also out of service."

"Staff is wonderful and very friendly. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned and the Internet didn’t work in our room and then they switched us to another room that did work."

"We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets."

"There were lots of reviews regarding the smell, there is a smell but I don't blame this on the hotel because the outside has a similar smell. The room was clean and quite comfortable. We had no issues while staying here. The breakfast was a bit mediocre with not too many options however provide basic choices ie cereal, waffle, biscuit and gravy, muffins and breads. Overall we were pretty satisfied staying here."

"I arrived a little after midnight due to a late flight getting in… small short snaffu with getting someone to check me in… (maybe 5 minutes wait) but done quickly overall… never had a reason to interact with the staff till I checked out a day early. The amenities of a stove and microwave were nice but I did not know I would need to provide cooking equipment and plates… No ice machine to be had on the property… Pet friendly.. but “clean up stations” might be a nice touch near the elevator so...

"The front doors didn't work. Holes all over in the rooms. No lock on the door. No lighting in parking lot. Refrigerator was moldy. Couldn't stay here!"

"This was a 5 min drive from where i needed to be. It is a bit more isolated area where restaurants aren’t as available, but if you have a rental that’s not an issue. Sonic is also a block away. Right off the highway for easy access. I was so happy that it was quiet, clean and the staff was welcoming. If i have to be back in the area then this is where I would be staying."

"It's quiet. The rooms are clean if you have issues Maintenance is pretty quick to get around and take care of it. The staff is friendly loads of parking."

"These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well."

"The gym ac did not work. The pool was closed and the beds did not have mattresses protectors on them. Location was quiet however it is a dated hotel and it shows."

"When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

"TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again."
