God frukost
Trots att hotellet hade ”ruhetag” och restaurang och reception var stängd fick vi via telefonen klara besked och nyckelkod. Rummet var trivsamt. Mycket vackra omgivningar! Frukosten och den trevliga frukostvärdinnan vägde verkligen upp den stängda kvällsrestaurangen! Men vi hade velat ha den informationen från er och hotellet tidigare. Då hade man kunnat förbereda kvällsätandet på annat sätt.

So wohl beim Check-in und auch beim Check-out wussten die jeweiligen Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich was sie zu machen hatte. Und dabei wollte ich nur eine Rechnung für meinen Arbeitgeber erhalten.
