"Nicely decorated and very clean, cramped and cold though. In a fairly grubby part of town. Very overlooked by other buildings into room. Staff assistance was prompt but there is no in person presence. Quiet at night and good black out blinds. "

"My friend and I enjoyed a mini break for her 50th. We immediately got upgraded upon arrival. The rooms were fresh, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is situated in the heart of Brighton making eating out a pleasant experience - we were a few minutes walk from the lanes, packed with restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I think I may have stayed in a different hotel to the one advertised on Hotels.com and other websites. Certainly my single room looked nothing like the photographs, it was very small, in need of upgrading (the sockets were coming off the wall), with a thinly mattressed bed squeezed at one end, with a noisy fridge (with a glass door and light on permanently. The wifi didn't work, the bedside lamp didn't work, the light on the wall in the bathroom didn't work, and the shower was similar to...

"旅行本に載っていたりクチコミも良かったので予約しました。女性一人旅でコスパ良くしたいため評判の良い朝食を付け、トイレは別のシングルに宿泊。週末は高いので平日にしてロンドンから日帰りでなく１時間で来られるので夕方6時過ぎの列車で来てフィッシュを頂いてからホテルへ。ホテル迄はくだり坂、バス停はほとんど目の前にあるので帰りの上り坂はバス利用。翌日は8時からイングリッシュブレックファストを頂きましたが用意まで時間がかかりま味は普通。部屋はベッドは快適でしたがシャワーの排水が良くなく溢れる心配をしながら、ゆっくり出来ませんでした。頭が窓際で4月末でも寒かった。館内はエレベーターは無し。一人旅で2段ベッドが嫌な方は個室なのでその点はよいのでは？ロンドン連泊で費用がかかりますが日帰りでなうあえて宿泊も節約になりそうです。パビリオンは徒歩圏、セブンシスターズ方面のバスもブライトン駅迄行かずともすぐのバス停から出かけられます、後から知りました！ 設備も年季が入っていてやっと稼働している面もありオーナーもお年なのでいつまでかな？と思いました。"
