"Clean room and property."

"No pastries . No muffins, orange juice tasted fermented. Room windows filthy. Could not see outside well, only a few apples for fruit . Suggest put some oranges and bananas there. . Booked far in advance to get a room far away on third level. Not nice for a 70 plus couple."

"We have stayed at this property six times over the past 5 years and always enjoyed the nice indoor pool and hot tub along with well kept clean rooms. Our visit this past weekend was not that experience. The room had a leaky ceiling and was peeling. The pool area was in need of a remodel as the spa was inoperable and concrete in the pool was peeling and chipped. "The staff was very friendly however there was an angry looking older woman who was always glaring at us. The rooms were cleanish but severely need updating. There are pictures of a pool on the website but there is no pool as it is used for storage now. When you walk into the building you’re smacked in the face with the smell of incense and curry and wondering if you’re in the mountains of Pennsylvania or a casino with gambling machines and massage chairs in the lobby. "The room smelled terrible, and the curtains had visible stains, which made it seem as though they had not been cleaned. The room door was also sticky, suggesting it had not been wiped down in quite some time, and the bathroom door would not close properly. Since I was only staying for one night, I was able to tolerate it, but I would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel."
