"Our stay was extremely disappointing. We found two cockroaches in our room—one crawling on the bed and another on the wall. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.
The breakfast area was also very concerning. A homeless individual was repeatedly going in and out of the dining area. He was coughing, sneezing, yelling, and spitting near the tables. "I’ve stayed here twice in a two week span. Both times my experience was the same. It was even the same guy at the front desk. There’s nothing fancy about this hotel. It’s clean which is the most important to me. The rooms are basic, but clean as I mentioned. The free breakfast is a nice perk. No complaints there. The only slight is that there’s no bar. There’s an area for it which makes me think it might have been one at one time but not anymore."
