"My daughter, husband and I had reserved and paid for two rooms with king size beds. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms. The second issue was the air conditioners in both room. When the air conditioner would cycle on, it was extremely loud. It was so loud, none of us slept very well. It was so loud , it would wake us up every time it would go on. The third problem was only in my room and it was the shower. The door of the sliding door in the shower would not stay closed so water flooded the floor."
