"Very clean room, small but very efficient. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff, responded quickly to questions and requests. Parking was tight but easily accessible and safe. Breakfast choices were modest but generous. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, easy access to highway,but quiet and private. Would stay here again. "

"This facility is close to everything you need. Stores, gas stations, university, restaurants etc. The price is good. As soon as we parked to check in we were greeted by three women in the parking lot and a man. They were all in the woods. "Absolute hole in the wall! Nothing like the bright,beautiful pics. Felt bad for the housekeeping girl that she had to deal with this mess. Didn't feel safe and worried my vehicle wouldn't be there or parted out when I woke up in the morning. You'll understand when you pull onto the property and the plexiglass separating the manager from the customer. I actually packed up after my daughter's graduation and drove the 7 hrs home. " I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater"

"The breakfast was plentiful and had many choices, and the eating area is very pleasant. Our room was very clean and we were very fortunate to get a place on the seventh floor. I was sorry to see that this Hampton has added a $10.00 parking fee, which seems a bit much for self parking your car in their outdoor lot."

"Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "

"This is minimalism in a place to stay. My first experience with a"Tru" so I didn't know what I was getting. For example, there was there was no closet in the room--you have pegs on the walls and pipes for hanging clothes. The housekeeping is every other day! The floors are "luxury vinyl" and the light fixtures are industrial grade. Pets are permitted (a bit of a shocker ). It is a newer property which masks some of its limitations. "The breakfast choices were varied and there was a good selection, that should work for anyone. The area was clean and there were plenty of spaces to eat. Our room was very clean, with plenty of space for two people to spread out to relax. There was some road noise, but I don't think that could be helped being so close to the interstate."

"Gorgeous property, friendly staff, and the most important to me, It was exceptionally quiet. Often we travel and have a hard time sleeping due to noise. It was a perfect day and we will return when in town."
