"Kamakura is a charming upscale coastal town and Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura contributes to it. Sleek, understated very well kept and right on the main street, close to countless restaurants and walking distance to the ocean and a magnificent shrine. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with every amernity one could imagine. Pajamas and hot pot and silverware for in-room comfort, and right next to a Lawson convenience store. Front desk is very accommodating and strives to meet western guests...

"Very convenient location. 3 minute walk from Ōfuna station and close to many restaurants & shopping centers with a 7-Eleven right behind the hotel. The rooms are clean and service is good. They provide many useful ameneties for free including bath bombs which we always grab a few to bring back home. The paid breakfast buffet is okay, wish they had more variety. The only problem I can think of is the air conditioning control panel is all in difficult Japanese which translator apps can't translate...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious than the other similar hotels. The cleaning service was excellent! I received clean towels and pajamas daily. Amazing! The laundry facility was great for me as I stayed more than 20 days. The location was perfect as it is located less than 5 mins walk from Ofuna Station. I highly recommend this hotel! 👍"

"立地が良い。近くには飲食店や商業ビルあり駅も近い。車で来た場合、空いていれば700円で広めの専用駐車場(建物裏)に停められます。大浴場はないが、部屋の浴室(トイレ付きで浴槽広め)が綺麗で温度調節も問題なし。ロビーにはフリードリンク(コーヒー)や氷のサービスあり。アメニティは自由にもらえます。チェックインとチェックアウトは機械で出来るので待つことなくスムーズでした。初めて東横INNを利用しましたがリピーターになります。品数は少ないが朝食付き(ご飯とパン)でとても良かったです。"

"Very nice hotel that is located perfectly if you’re working on the base. My room was very small but very nice… AC worked great and good shower… No complaints. Love the added plus of getting the drink coupons but I never used it… The bar was very crowded in the evening time so it must be nice. Always the most recommended hotel in Yokosuka next to the BASE."
